The use of The BlackBird:
For use BlackBird in your FPV system you will need an usual FPV video transmitter, one video receiver. It can be any frequency equipment – 5.8 GHz, 2.4 GHz, 1.2 GHz or 900MHz. To power the camera and the transmitter you need one battery LiPo 3S. To view the video on the ground you need video glasses supporting Field Sequential format 3D, this is the format in which BlackBird generates the stereo image.
For today we know two models of video glasses supporting field Sequential 3D. It is HeadPlay and Prober EVG 920. What glasses you decide to buy - you choose by yourself. Both models have their pros and cons. I personally use Prober EVG 920; this is good video glasses and they have enough quality video, because there are micro displays Kopin used in it - VGA LVS with resolution of 640x480 .
